EAST FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP — The Kittanning Giant Eagle, located at 1 Franklin Village Mall, opened its pharmacy with a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday.
Along with the opening of the pharmacy, Giant Eagle is offering three promotional offers to customers.
The first is $15 in free groceries with a new or transferred prescription before July 1.
The second is a 5X myPerks multiplier rewards on all qualifying items included in transactions between now and Wednesday, May 27.
The five-times perks multiplier equates to customers earning 50 cents off per gallon of fuel purchased at GetGo for every $100 spent at the Kittanning Giant Eagle.
The third promotion is a $50 gift card giveaway today and Sunday for the first 100 customers.
During the ribbon cutting ceremony, Giant Eagle Pharmacy made a $5,000 donation to the Armstrong School District, which included Iceburgh the Pittsburgh Penguins mascot.
