As of January 1, 2009, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under Governor Edward G. Rendell, requires government agencies, including school districts, to comply with the new regulations as set forth by the Right-to-Know Law Act 3 of 2008. This new law changes the way citizens have access to public records of their government agencies and the way these government agencies process these requests. To obtain a public record from the Armstrong School District, please download the proper form posted below and mail it to the Open Records Officer, Jennie Montebell.
