Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT) Information:
Please reference the letter below for general information/questions about the P-EBT program in our District.
If you are not sure whether or not your child was approved for free or reduced-price meals as of March 16, 2020, please contact Jessica Brisbin at 724-548-7200.

If your child was enrolled at the Armstrong School District as of March 16, 2020 and was receiving free or reduced-price meals but you have not received the P-EBT benefit, please click on the form below and complete the requested information to report not receiving the benefit even though your child is eligible. This form is also available on the Department of Human Services website.
Please note the following timeline for P-EBT Benefits:
- P-EBT benefit issuance for current SNAP and TANF EBT cardholders will be complete by June 8, 2020, if your school-aged child was receiving free or reduced-price meals before May 20, 2020. Current SNAP and TANF EBT Cardholders can check their card balance by calling 1-888-328-7366 or using www.connectebt.com.
- Free and reduced eligible school-aged students that are not SNAP/TANF or those receiving SNAP or TANF that became eligible for free or reduced-price meals after May 20, 2020, P-EBT cards are being mailed and should be received by the end of June 2020.
