All students are provided with 1 laptop/Chromebook.  

Monthly Internet reimbursement up to $40 (Bills need to be submitted monthly. Any bill received more than 60 days after the due date will not be processed).  Internet Bill must clearly show the cost for Internet services. If Internet is part of a bundled service up $25 will be reimbursed.

How do I get Tech Support?
All tech support is provided by the ASD Tech Department. Students can contact the Tech Department via phone or ASD Cyber Academy - Self Help Portal. All contact information will be given at the beginning of the year student orientation or when your equipment is installed.

How long does it usually take to get tech assistance when I have an issue?
The Tech Department is available during regular work hours and often during the evening hours. When you have an issue it will not take more than one business day to have the issue resolved.
